- 1 Pizza Stone
- 1 Cast iron pan
- Baking paper
Materials
- Ice
Instructions
- PreHeat oven to 240 or 260 degrees – trust me
- Leave cast iron skillet on bottom of oven rack. When inserting pizza into the oven, insert ice cubes here to steam the oven.
- Don't forget to preheat the pizza stone/pan as well.
- Check pizza after 5 minutes. It is ready if the cheese is melted.
