Perfect Pizza

Equipment

  • 1 Pizza Stone
  • 1 Cast iron pan
  • Baking paper

Materials

  • Ice

Instructions

  • PreHeat oven to 240 or 260 degrees – trust me
  • Leave cast iron skillet on bottom of oven rack. When inserting pizza into the oven, insert ice cubes here to steam the oven.
  • Don't forget to preheat the pizza stone/pan as well.
  • Check pizza after 5 minutes. It is ready if the cheese is melted.
